This adapter was built for those who’ve already invested time and money into their 4G63 setup—and aren’t about to undo it with heat, warping, or inconsistent welds. No shop fees, no downtime, no second chances.

Designed, manufactured, and finished in-house by Eaton MotorWorks, this adapter is built around the OEM 4G63 valve cover to ensure precise fitment while maintaining full hood clearance and OEM radiator cap position. Clean fitment without compromise.

Constructed from carbon fiber reinforced PA6 (PA6-CF), this is a purpose-built material for demanding engine bay environments—offering high strength, excellent thermal stability, and resistance to oil, fuel vapors, and common automotive chemicals.
Rated for continuous operating temperatures up to approximately 120°C / 248°F, with short-term heat tolerance beyond that, it is well suited for real-world under-hood use.

The adapter uses an integrated O-ring seal paired with a 3-bolt M6 mounting system to provide even clamping force and a reliable, leak-free seal under boost and sustained high-load conditions.

Installation is straightforward and fully DIY-friendly: drill, cut, and bolt it in. No welding, no refinishing, no paying a shop—and no dealing with distorted flanges or unattractive welds on an otherwise clean valve cover.

To simplify the process, a drill/cut template is included to accurately mark the mounting holes and port opening for a quick, repeatable install.


Why go -16 instead of multiple -10 lines:
