4G63 Elite Series Turbo Manifold Flange ( DSM / EVO )
Due to the high volume of inquiries, I would like to provide additional clarity to ensure both your time and ours are respected. These flanges are manufactured entirely to order and are not mass-produced components. Each unit carries a raw production cost exceeding $450 before machining time, engineering, tooling, and finishing are considered. Pricing reflects the level of design, material quality, and manufacturing precision involved in producing these flanges properly.
Wholesale pricing is available for distributors or volume orders of 5+ units, and Jobber accounts can be established upon request.
This flange was engineered to address shortcomings commonly found in other CNC-machined manifold flanges currently on the market. The design was developed specifically around SCH10 tubing with a precision-machined fitment (+.005" tolerance) and a .145" lock-in depth. Particular focus was placed on improving fabrication efficiency, weld accessibility, and long-term dimensional stability.
During development, common fabrication issues were specifically addressed, including:
• Excessive flange warping after welding requiring resurfacing
• Time-consuming port matching between tubing and flange I.D.
• Limited weld clearance around upper fastener locations
• Increased upper fastener accessibility to simplify installation and removal while reducing service time
The result is a flange designed not only for strength and appearance, but also to significantly reduce fabrication time and post-weld correction work.
Features:
• Machined from a solid 16" x 3" x 2" block of 304 stainless steel
• Precision-machined fitment for SCH10, SCH40, and 16ga tubing
• Custom machining options available to accommodate alternate pipe or tubing diameters
• .500" flange face thickness with a 1.750" overall thickness
- Weld placement occurs 1.750" away from the flange face, substantially reducing flange distortion and eliminating the need for resurfacing after welding in most applications
• Outlet ports positioned below the exhaust port centerline to improve access and clearance around the upper four fastener locations
• Recessed washer seats incorporated into all fastener locations for a cleaner and more refined finished appearance
• Smooth transition from the factory exhaust port to the cylindrical outlet geometry
• Outlet ports are machined precisely to tubing I.D. dimensions
- Eliminating the need for additional port matching by the fabricator
• Integrated 1/8" NPT ports beneath each exhaust runner for backpressure or EGT monitoring
• Machined O-ring sealing groove designed for use with a .125" O-ring, eliminating the need for a traditional exhaust gasket
• Designed specifically around the use of a 12-point hardware kit
- Factory-style or comparable nuts are not compatible
Estimated manufacturing lead time: 4–8 weeks
