Billet Compressor Cover Insert Service

Work Performed

Your compressor cover will be mounted in our CNC mill where the internal diameter is precisely machined to specification in order to accept a new billet insert.

Each billet insert is CNC machined from 6061 aluminum and is specifically designed to fit your individual compressor cover.

The insert is manufactured to a tight press-fit tolerance of .001"–.003" to ensure proper fitment. Once installed, the insert is securely pinned in place for long-term durability and reliability.

Optional Powder Coating

Powder coating is available prior to return shipping for an additional $165.00.

• Please specify your desired color in the order notes

Adding powder coating may extend turnaround time (see below).

Pricing & Turnaround Time

• $399 Flat Rate – 4” inlet-sized housings

• $499 Flat Rate – Larger than 4” inlet-sized housings

Standard Turnaround Time:
4 – 6 weeks from the date your compressor cover is received
(Not from the purchase order date)

Powder coating may add an additional 3 days to 2 weeks.

All orders are completed in the order they are received.

Return shipping is calculated at checkout.

Rush Order Option

We understand that 4–6 weeks may feel like a long time — especially if this is your daily driver or a vehicle scheduled for race or show events.

As a one-man operation handling a variety of fabrication and machining projects, scheduling can fluctuate. The standard window allows proper time to complete each job without compromising quality.

That said, we now offer a Rush Order option:

• 5–10 business day turnaround

• Turnaround begins when your housing arrives

• Guaranteed shipment within the 10-day window

• Additional fee applies

We will not rush or cut corners in a way that compromises the integrity or quality of the final product.

If your housing has been received and we are still within the stated 4-6 week timeframe, please refrain from sending daily update requests.

You will automatically receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Each insert is made-to-order and individually machined to match your specific housing for precise fitment. These are not mass-produced components, and each unit requires dedicated machining time.
