Billet 6061 - T51R Compressor Cover Service

1/1/2022 - There will be a price increase of 15-25% due to the rising cost of raw material stock. 

Effective as of 1/1/22 the above price increase. ( All Advertising For The Previous Pricing Will Not Be Honored ) 

Work performed :

• The compressor cover is placed in our CNC mill and the internal diameter is machined to spec to accept the new Billet insert.
   
• The billet insert is CNC machined specifically to fit your compressor cover & made out of 6061 Aluminum. 
  
  
• The new Billet insert is held to a tight tolerance for a press-fit fitment ( .001"-.003" Tolerance) & pinned in place.
  
  
• Powdercoating of the compressor cover can be done prior to shipping for an additional cost of $165.00   Single stage only - please put in the notes section what color you would like it done.

Pricing for this service & turn around time is below :

This service has a flat-rate fee of $365.00 for all 4" inlet-sized housing & $465.00 for housings with a larger inlet size. Turn around time of  ( 2.5 - 5  weeks upon receiving your compressor cover ( not from purchase order date )

Powdercoating - can add an additional time of up to 3 days - 1.5 weeks ) All orders will be completed in the order they are received in.  

Return shipping is calculated at checkout  

Rush orders:

I understand the waiting process of 2.5-5 weeks can seem a bit much, especially if this is you're Daily Driver or race/show car that you plan on attending events with. I try to preach that I am a one-man operation and do a variety of work that always has me busy & schedules don't always go as planned so that window of time allows for some room for me to work with.  I try my best to get these done ASAP and back out to you guys but with every job small or big the process is the process & I refuse to rush and cut corners to affect the overall end product or possibly cause scrap.  

I am going to add an option for a rush order -  5 day-10 day turnaround ( From the time your housing arrives ).  This will come with an additional cost, You will have your housing shipped back within that 10 day window Guaranteed.

If you send your housing to us and we are still within the 2.5-5 week window above, please do not email asking every day for an update. Your order will ship when completed and you will receive a tracking number at that time. Please be patient as every insert is machined specifically to size for each housing for precise fitment as well as each insert being made to order. These are not mass-produced and require their own time to process each order.
